Free speech policy discussions stalled at Academic Senate
Faculty voted to pause discussion and form a committee regarding proposed free speech policies at the Academic Senate meeting in the Distance Education Center on Tuesday, April 1. The policies indicate how students, employees, and the public can express their views and post materials on campus at El Camino College. Read more.
Parking permit enforcement returns at El Camino

Parking without a permit will now result in a $40 ticket, campus police said. Parking permit enforcement aligns with new Police Chief Matthew Vander Horck’s effort to bring the campus police more operational revenue. Read more.
Wi-Fi coverage to improve on campus at El Camino
Upgrades to El Camino College’s Wi-Fi networks are in their final phase and are expected to be completed across campus in May to improve speed, stability and coverage. Read more.

Warriors baseball team snaps three-game losing streak

Making a late comeback in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Warriors baseball team secured an 8-7 victory over the Cerritos Falcons. Third baseman Lucas Bonham hit a triple to right center to tie the game for the Warriors. Read more.
