Students frustrated by lack of restroom mirrors

Across El Camino College most men’s and women’s restrooms lack mirrors. A survey by The Union found only eight out of the college’s 42 student restrooms were equipped with mirrors. El Camino students shared their frustration about the lack of mirrors inside restrooms. Read more.
El Camino's infrastructure could see much-needed repairs if Proposition 2 passes

On Tuesday, Nov. 5, California voters voted in favor of Propostion 2, which could allow public schools and community colleges to borrow $10 billion in bonds. Last year, the hydronic systems in the Administration Building and Schauerman Library malfunctioned, forcing the buildings to close for two days. Kerri Webb, the director of public information and government relations said El Camino plans on overhauling the hydronic system with the help of Prop 2. Read more.
