New grade change policy in approval process

El Camino College’s Academic Senate announced an update to its grade change policy. The policy is in the process of approval. The update will allow students facing extenuating circumstances to file a petition past the 18 months, if the faculty member who issued the grade approves of making that change. Read more.
El Camino’s Meditation and Prayer Room open to all students

El Camino College students have a dedicated place to practice their religion or meditate. The college’s Meditation & Interfaith Prayer Room was created after Muslim students inquired about finding a space to pray. Before the room was created students to the corners of the school to pray. Read more.
Bulletin boards installed on campus

Four new bulletin boards were installed across El Camino College. The bulletin boards were constructed for students to advertise news events or job openings on campus. El Camino faculty and staff can also use the boards. Read more.

El Camino men’s basketball triumphs over Cal Miramar in second exhibition game

A nine-game scrimmage took place at the El Camino Gymnasium that included Grand Canyon University and Cal Miramar. El Camino ended scrimmage night 3-4, while Cal Miramar finished 3-1 through four games. Read more.
